Technical SEO Audits

  • Full refund if audit is not delivered within agreed timeframe
  • Partial refund if deliverables are significantly incomplete
  • No refund after audit delivery and client approval

Monthly SEO Retainers

  • 30-day notice required for cancellation
  • Prorated refund for unused portion of current month
  • No refund for completed work or previous months

3. Development Services Refunds

Website Development

  • Full refund if project is cancelled before work begins
  • Partial refund based on completed milestones
  • No refund after final delivery and client approval

Custom Development

  • Refunds calculated based on completed work phases
  • Source code delivered for paid portions
  • No refund for approved deliverables

4. Content Writing Refunds

  • Full refund if content is not delivered within agreed timeframe
  • Revision requests do not qualify for refunds
  • No refund after content approval and final delivery
  • Plagiarism issues result in full refund and content replacement

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party costs (hosting, domains, software licenses)
  • Completed and approved work
  • Services used beyond 30 days
  • Custom development after code delivery
  • Rush delivery fees

6. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request via email with detailed reasoning
  2. We review the request within 5 business days
  3. If approved, refund is processed within 10 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  5. Bank fees and transaction charges are non-refundable

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  • Request a review with additional documentation
  • Escalate to management for final review
  • Seek mediation through appropriate channels

8. Force Majeure

Refunds may be adjusted in cases of force majeure events that prevent service delivery, including natural disasters, government actions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
