1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GMK Solution services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

GMK Solution provides SEO, web development, content writing, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required as per the agreed schedule (typically 50% upfront, 30% at milestone, 20% on completion)
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Grant necessary access to websites and accounts
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure content provided is original and legally compliant

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom work created specifically for them. GMK Solution retains rights to general methodologies, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

GMK Solution's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Completed work will be delivered upon payment of outstanding invoices.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kushtia, Bangladesh.
